Refund / exchanges
I hope that you love your order, but if you wish to return your item, please inform me within 14 days of delivery. Refunds/exchanges will not be given after this time.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the order number or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, I’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to me without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
As a small business, I cannot cover the cost of return postage.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
If a returned item arrives damaged, a refund or exchange will not be given. I cannot accept responsibility for returned items lost in the post, please ensure you get proof of postage.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately with photos if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and respond accordingly.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Please note returns/exchanges will not be accepted for custom pieces.
Unfortunately, I cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
